皆さま、初めまして、ソフトバンクの高尾と申します。
昨年度より東工大の研究生になり、来ることになりました。

研究開発に取り組む過程の一つとして、先日、広島で行われた総合大会に参加いたしました。前職で業務をしていた際に参加したことがあったのですが、すでに20年近く前の事のため、本当に久しぶりの参加となりました。一つ大きく変わったなと思ったのは、以前はOHPというスライド投影機を使っていたので資料を前もってフィルム化しておかないといけないのですが、最近は各自がパソコンをつないで発表できるので直前まで修正が可能となり便利になったなぁと思いました。学生の方の発表も多くあり、活発な質疑応答が行われ、時間切れのベルが鳴っても説明が続くなども多く見られました。

4月から新学期/新年度が始まりますが、今年度もよろしくお願いします。

20 Years Since Last Attending ‘The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers Conference’

Hello everyone, my name is Takao from SoftBank. Since last year, I have become a research student at Tokyo Tech and had the opportunity to attend the annual conference held in Hiroshima. I had participated in this conference during my previous job, but that was nearly 20 years ago, so it really felt like a long-awaited return. One significant change I noticed was that, in the past, we had to use an overhead projector (OHP) and prepare our materials on film in advance, but now, everyone can connect their computers and present, allowing for last-minute revisions, which I found very convenient. There were many presentations by students, and the active question and answer sessions often continued even after the time was up. As the new semester and fiscal year begins in April, I look forward to working with you all this year.
